Are your products just for people with curly hair?

Our products are for anyone with textured hair–that includes curly, coily, kinky, and wavy. We all have texture in our hair and our products could work on any head of hair, but we pay extra attention to those with extra textured hair to make sure it gets the attention and care it deserves.

Are you cruelty-free? How about vegan?

We’re #CleanerThanClean, which means our products are made without specific ingredients that can be potentially harmful to human health and/or the environment. Our products are always clean, vegan, and cruelty-free. Our formulas are plant-based and never made with parabens, phthalates, and silicones either.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $9.99 rate for all orders. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

After you place your order, it typically takes about 1-2 days to be processed, picked, and packed. After it’s sent out, delivery typically takes between 5-7 days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Occasionally, delays are possible due to weather, courier delays, and delivery issues. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

What happens if my tracking number isn’t working or isn’t updating?

We recommend contacting the courier directly as we don’t have control over tracking capabilities once your package has been shipped. Tracking information can sometimes lag or take time to update as the courier processes the package multiple times per day or week.

I never received my order, what do I do now?

If your order has been marked delivered but was never received, please contact the courier first to ensure a delivery was attempted and, if possible, request a proof of delivery. If this does not resolve the issue or your package was never recovered, please contact our customer support team at contact@floraebeauty.com.

What if my package/products arrive damaged?

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and products and reach out to us at contact@floraebeauty.com. Please also provide photos of the issue and as many details as possible so that we can promptly look into the case. Florae Beauty is not responsible for orders that are damaged due to courier error or mishandling but we’ll always do our best to help you resolve the issue.


How do I place an order?

Once you have added at least one item to your cart, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to enter your contact information, shipping and billing address, payment information, and any account set up. Once you’ve hit pay, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after to affirm your order has been sent. If there are any issues with your order, we’ll reach out but otherwise, expect a tracking email next so you can trace your shipment.

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot revise or cancel an order after it's been placed. After receiving your order, you can reach out to us to process a refund. Please see the question titled "How do I process a refund?" for more details.

How can I exchange an order?

We do not currently accept exchanges or returned product(s) but you can replace any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit, excluding any applicable original order shipping fees. We only replace damaged and defective items and your replacement will be sent by mail within 30 days of acceptance.

How do I process a refund?

If you aren't happy with your order, we can process a refund for you.

We only accept new/unopened and gently used items; excessively used or empty products are not eligible for refund. To start processing a refund, please reach out to our customer support team at contact@floraebeauty.com.

What payment methods are accepted on your site?

We currently accept all debit, major credit cards, and Paypal.

Product Information

Can I purchase a Booster Extract on its own?

We only sell the Booster Extracts in conjunction with our SANA Superfruit Deep Treatment Mask because the formulas are specially designed to work together. We do not recommend using the Booster Extracts on their own and we cannot guarantee or account for the same efficacy if they’re mixed with another product.

Can I use the SANA Superfruit Deep Treatment Mask as a conditioner?

We recommend using this product as a true mask; it should be applied once per week to nourish and prep hair for your styling routine. We don’t recommend using it in place of your normal conditioner or as a leave-in product as it may be too heavy.

Is the SANA Oil Serum effective at treating Alopecia?

Our products have not been tested to treat any hormonal, genetic, or otherwise medical conditions and we cannot attest to their efficacy at doing so. Users with these medical conditions may enjoy or benefit from using our products but it’s solely based on their own circumstances and experience.

Is it possible to mix two Booster Extracts?

Unfortunately, Boosters cannot be mixed. We recommend only using one Booster at a time with your mask as the formula calls for 1 booster per one 6.76 ounce jar of SANA Deep Treatment Mask (full size) for maximum efficacy.

Are your products safe for sensitive or damaged scalps?

Our products have not been tested on sensitive scalps though they are gentle and have not caused cases of inflammation or irritation on our test clients. We are also formulated with clean, high-quality ingredients to limit the possibility of reaction. As with any product, we recommend performing a 24 hours patch test on a small part of your scalp and integrating any new products slowly to gauge if you are allergic or averse to the formulas. If an allergic reaction is experienced, please see your doctor immediately and also reach out to us directly at contact@floraebeauty.com to report the occurrence.
