Return and Exchange Policy:
Didn't love it? No problem. Florae has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Contact contact@floraebeauty.com to initiate your return. Please provide your first and last name, order number, and email address. We will provide you with return instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that your return will be refunded for the price you paid to the original payment method. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund shipping and handling charges at this time

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages or Defective Product Policy:
When your Florae order arrives, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at contact@floraebeauty.com.
Simply provide your order number, damaged or defect description, email address, and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. We will provide you with return instructions at our expense. If, after examining your product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we'll issue a refund for the price you paid to the original payment method. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
